Thank you for visiting and shopping at Co-Tailor BD (https://cotailor.com.bd/). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
Because our main services involve custom tailoring, please allow time for tailoring and manufacturing:
- **Custom-Tailored Clothes:** Production takes **7 to 14 business days** before dispatch.
- **Ready-To-Wear Items:** Processed and dispatched within **1 to 3 business days**.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping across Bangladesh:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS/Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for standard sizes. For custom tailoring orders, we may require a partial or full advance payment via bKash, Nagad, or Cards to cover the customization cost before commencing production.
5. Damages & Loss
Co-Tailor BD is liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and garment. We will arrange a replacement or alteration as soon as possible.
